Our Process

1. discovery meeting

The first step is a complimentary Discovery Meeting with one of Mission People’s Client Coaches. We’ll discuss your needs and goals, your pain points, and where you could use more support. We will educate you on the possibilities and help you understand how much you can delegate to ease your workload and add more enjoyment into your life. Our goal is to come out of this meeting with an idea of the role or roles you need to fill at home to realize your goals. When you’re ready to move ahead, Mission People will begin recruiting for your role.

2. Candidate sourcing & screening

Following your Discovery Meeting, we’ll create custom job advertisements for your role or roles. We’ll collaborate with you to ensure we’re all on the same page before we begin recruiting for your role. Once we finalize the job description, we’ll begin the process of sourcing and evaluating candidates. We rigorously vet all candidates and will only refer candidates to you who we think would be a great fit for your custom role. When you’re ready to interview candidates, we’ll provide you with comprehensive Candidate Reports as well as an Interview Guide.

3. In-Home Trial

Once you’ve completed the final interview with a candidate you love, we recommend a one-day paid in-home trial to ensure your candidate is the perfect match for your family. We can structure this trial for you to help you feel confident in your hiring decision before you make an offer.

4. Hiring & onboarding

When you’re ready to hire your preferred candidate, we’ll help you with the hiring and onboarding process as much or as little as you need. We will also help you structure a schedule and further fine-tune responsibilities for your new hire, as well as help your new employee get up to speed quickly so they can jump in to help you from day one.

5. systems & Tips

After you’ve started working with someone, we can help you further develop systems in your home for a seamless experience and provide ongoing resources to help you continue to delegate and spend your valuable time intentionally.
